Pink City CHS is a residential cooperative housing society located in Mahad MIDC, Raigad. Completed in 2008, this project comprises approximately 35,000 square feet of built-up area with 100 residential apartments. The development was designed with a focus on efficient use of space, community living, and practical amenities for residents.
Our approach to Pink City CHS emphasized creating a cohesive residential community with well-planned layouts, adequate parking, and recreational spaces. The design incorporates efficient apartment layouts, common areas for community interaction, and thoughtful circulation patterns. The project demonstrates our expertise in medium-density residential design and our ability to coordinate complex multi-unit housing developments from concept through completion.
