Central Plaza is a mixed-use development located in Mahad City, completed in 2017. The project comprises approximately 25,000 square feet of built-up area, combining retail, commercial, and residential components. This development serves as a vibrant community hub, bringing together diverse functions within a unified architectural framework.
Our design approach for Central Plaza focused on creating an integrated mixed-use environment that maximizes both functional efficiency and social interaction. The design carefully integrates different uses—retail, office, and residential—with shared circulation spaces, parking solutions, and ground-floor activation. The project demonstrates our expertise in designing complex mixed-use developments that serve multiple stakeholders while maintaining architectural coherence and operational efficiency.
